The price per night is based on up to 4 guests sharing the accommodation.
For up to 8 guests, there is an extra charge of €10 per person per night.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday is required to book any property.
The remaining balance is due at least one month before your arrival in Lanzarote.

About the property:
Villa Casa Colina is a beautiful, luxury 4 bedroom villa that can sleep up to eight guests. The villa sits in a private walled and gated garden approximately 2,000 sq metres in size. The villa is light, airy spacious and is perfect for a family holiday or groups to enjoy the privacy. The villa has a private pool that is set in an area amongst mature gardens - the gardens offer panoramic views of the sea.

This holiday rental villa is located in the un-spoilt farming village of El Mojon, where holidaymaker will benefit by being in the beautiful countryside whilst still, conveniently centrally located on the island of Lanzarote.

Villa Casa Colina has been very tastefully decorated throughout and offers:
A living room that comes complete with a flat screen TV and basic satellite channels, magnificent sea views from the living room bay window and patio doors and outdoor shaded terrace area - complete with our door dining and BBQ.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen that leads through to an outdoor laundry room and comes equipped with all the necessary kitchen facilities including gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, kitchen table and microwave and more...
There is a separate dining room in the villa which boasts the same views to the sea and 2 large bedrooms which share a modern walk-in shower room.

The villa upper floor consists of a master bedroom and second bedroom with built in wardrobes and excellent sea views, bathroom with double sinks and patio doors to the very private large terrace.

Outside the villa in the tranquil surrounding of the mature gardens is the pool area with native plants and Palm trees. The pool area is terraced and has sun loungers, offering a perfect space to relax and enjoy this peacefulness.

Local facilities and services

A car is recommended to stay at the villa with it being situated in the rural location of El Mojon. Casa Colina is a 5 minute drive from the historic old capital of “La Villa de Teguise” where a wide variety of restaurants are available, including traditional Lanzarote tapas, a la carte menus and wine bars.

Further afield approximately 10 minutes drive south east, towards the coast, you will arrive in the holiday resort of Costa Teguise - popular with families and offers a number of shops, restaurants and golden sandy beaches. Other beaches only a short drive away to the coast are the beach of Arrieta (east coast) and Famara (west coast).

Driving around the island of Lanzarote you will be able to experience the beautiful lunar landscapes it has to offer.

The La Geria wine region is famous throughout the Canaries. The wine growing menthods are unique to Lanzarote, with the vines being grown using the island's volcanic rock. The wine is full bodied and has a distintive taste. Many family owned Bodegas will be happ to provide you with a free sample to try.
