This modern and well-equipped holiday house is ideal for four people with one small child. In a living area of approximately 100 square metres, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a roomy shower, WC and hairdryer, a well-equipped kitchen and an eating and living area. The living area, with a comfortable leather settee, satellite TV, internet access via a modem, is open-plan with the eating area and kitchen. There is an enclosed terrace and garden with sufficient sunbeds, garden furniture and a grill which can also be used as a barbecue for pleasant evenings on the terrace. Many a warm evening can be spent here enjoying the pleasant atmosphere with good wine and freshly grilled food.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There are all the usual utensils, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee-machine, a kettle, sufficient kitchenware, ironing equipment and there is a washing-machine at your disposal. The dining table is big enough for meals taken in common,
The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A child's bed and high-chair can be put at your disposal on request. A large swimming-pool in the grounds is part of your private holiday relaxation, The fridge is stocked for your first needs. Changes of bedlinen, hand and beach-towels are available. Do you feel like some sport? We will willingly put at your disposal our private fitness-studio which is in the immediate neighbourhood (with various pieces of large and small equipment), tennis-rackets and golf-equipment. |
Recommendations / Local Activity:
Parque Holandes, like the whole Northern part of the island, is part of the La Oliva district and is situated approximately 14km South of the district capital on the East coast. The small bay « El Jablito » is just opposite Parque Holandes, more or less halfway between Puerto del Rosario and Corralejo.
It is a nice, quiet place with restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
It is only a few kilometres to the white sandy beaches.
Distance to the nearest airport : FUE – 20km.
Bus stop in the immediate neighbourhood.
Every 30 mins. to Corralejo, beaches and Puerto del Rosario (the island capital).
You can reach us easily by hire-car, taxi or public transport. Collection service on request.
