About the property:
The apartment is situated in the Torviscas area of Playa de las Americas. 5 min walk to the beach and Puerto Colon Marina. The water park is only a 10 minute walk away and Sky Park just 5 min walk. There are excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife, plus good shopping. There are a number of golf courss within a 15 min drive.

The complex has two swimming pools, there are bars and restaurants close by.

These one bedroom apartments can sleep up to 3 people with two single beds in the bedroom, one sofa bed and one single bed in the living room.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet & vanity unit . There is an American style kitchen with fridge / freezer, iron, ironing board, microwave, hob, kettle and toaster. Towels and linen are supplied at the start of your stay. The apartment has a large balcony with views of the pool.

The complex is less than a 5 min walk from the beach and marina of Puerto Colon.
