The Port Royale is located on the outskirts of Los Christianos which was originally a small fishing village in the south of Tenerife.
Now a busy resort it has maintained its old traditional feel and is great for holidaying all the year round.
Beautiful views of Mount Tiede in the background and the clear blue waters of the Atlantic to the front. This is an ideal holiday centre that has some great beaches, fishing, and a lovely harbour. Golf courses, nightlife, a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants are among just a few of the local amenities in the area and also a promenade that stretches for miles. It is a safe family environment. Excursions are available to all parts of Tenerife or to nearby La Gomera. It is the ideal base to explore both the coast and interior of Tenerife.

At the sea front and in the town are LOTS of restaurants of every kind far too too many to list. Eating out is generally good and inexpensive. For superb quality food it is worth taking the trip into the hills and sample the food at a Canarian Bar/Restaurant, you will be surprised how good it is.

About: Los Cristianos
Once an old fising village the roots of Los Cristianos go back hundreds of years and it boasts some of the best waters in the world for big game fish. Several boat companies offer big game fishing trips and it's not inconceivable to be catching such fish as Blue Marlin, an array of Sharks and Tuna.
Much quieter and relaxed than its neighbour Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos is situated between two mountains in the south of Tenerife and is host to a variety of great shops offering everything from Clothing to Cameras and Perfume to Pearls with a large shopping centre complex at San Eugene.
Los Cristianos offers an excellent choice of Pubs, Restaurants, Bars and Discos. Local activities include windsurfing, scuba diving, jet-skiing and most other water sports. Los Cristianos has lovely clean beaches and Crystal clear blue water and generally has plenty to offer both families and couples alike.
