Villa Ground floor level - 4 X Rental Apartments
The ground floor level of the villa is currently used and sucessfully let out as 4 separate holiday rental apartments. There are 2 x two bedroom apartments and 2 x one bedroom apartments each with their own bathroom, kitchen and lounge / dining area. The rental apartments within the villa area ideal for letting out as single occupancy, to larger groups or families wanting to be in the same location or wedding parties - to name but a few.
The Apartments
All the apartments face south and benefit from daylong sunshine. Apartments 1 and 4 each have 2 single beds, and sofa beds. Apartments 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds, 1 double bed and sofa beds. There are numerous extra beds, a cot and other items that will be included in the sale, all linen, towels, crockery etc.
All apartments have sufficient equipment for a luxurious self catering holiday and all guests have use of a laundry room with washing machine and each apartment has its own ironing board and iron. Apartments are equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, extractor fans, toasters and fridge freezers, all of which will remain.
All equipment including hairdryers, fans, and bathroom and kitchen fittings will be left by the owners, and TVs, video recorders and stereo systems. The Villa - General Info
Much of the furniture in the house will be included in the sale, but it will depend on how well furnished the owner's future home is before it can be decided which items will remain.
The Villa was built in 1981. It was purchased in November 2003 by the current owners and the apartments were completely refurbished to include new kitchens, bathrooms, doors and windows. Three phase electricity and new PVC water pipes were installed in 2007.
Marble and wood is used throughout the villa and is of the highest quality.
All windows have tinted glass and all bedroom windows upstairs have shutters. Solar heating has been installed to heat the pool and the whole house is in pristine condition. Vacant possession can be arranged in accordance to the needs of any prospective buyer.
